Becoming A Contributor

Are you looking for something FUN and EXCITING to do?  Are you a member of the GLBT community or an avid supporter?  If so, we might just have an opportunity for YOU!  We are always looking for fresh and up and coming talent to work with us here at Vizions Magazine.  We are currently an all-volunteer organization that has joined forces to create a hip, modern, funky and fresh e-zine for the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender communities and beyond.

If you answered YES to all of those questions, we might be looking for YOU!

An active team of individuals within the GLBTQ (gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender and queer) community are coming together to launch a brand new on-line arts, culture and human interest magazine in the summer of 2010.

We are looking to create a magazine that would rival Life Magazine's photographic style, that would present quality poetry and prose that you would typically find in the New Yorker and that would offer in depth interviews and profiles similar to those seen in Vanity Fair. We are also looking to launch a web-based radio show that is a sort of mirror image of the magazine itself.

We are looking to find people to fill the following positions:

In order to become a part-time or full-time contributor of Vizions Magazine, you must meet the following criteria:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age and able to prove that either with a valid photo ID or birth certificate.

2. You should be able to work at LEAST eight (8) hours per month. That equals out to approximately two (2) hours per week.

3. You should have a valid e-mail address that you check on a daily basis.

4. You should have a telephone number that we can call you for special assignments or for mandatory meetings as needed. This can be a message phone, but please make sure you get the person’s permission to do so.

5. You should have internet access that is readily available at any given moment.
